TEN Ramen
About This Spot
Step inside TEN Ramen, and you’re met with an intimate, no-frills nook tucked into the vibrant heart of Dallas’ Sylvan Avenue. The cozy space hums with a quiet energy, where the rhythm of simmering broth and clatter of noodles feels almost meditative. This is the kind of place that invites you to slow down and watch the cooks at work, standing or sitting at the bar where you’re part of the unfolding ritual—each bowl crafted carefully, without rush.
The atmosphere is warm and approachable, a gathering spot where the folks behind the counter are as down-to-earth as the flavors they pour into each dish. It’s a space where simplicity meets sincerity, from the way the ingredients are layered to the thoughtful attention given to every order. Here, the menu offers a gentle invitation for discovery—whether you’re drawn to the rich, deeply satisfying tonkotsu broth or intrigued by the bold punch of a brothless spicy Maze-Men. The experience unfolds in every slurp, whether nestled in a steaming bowl or drizzled across perfectly seasoned noodles.
There’s a quiet joy in sharing small bites alongside your ramen—like the spicy garlic edamame or crisp chicken wings—that allow conversation and savoring to mix equally. And for those curious about something beyond the usual, the house pours carefully selected sake that matches the laid-back yet thoughtful tone of the meal.
While the dining room itself is intimate and often bustling, it feels less like a restaurant and more like a shared discovery—a spot where locals and visitors alike find comfort in a humble, well-made meal served with a friendly nod. It’s the kind of place that quietly earns trust through consistent warmth and flavor, a reminder that sometimes, the smallest spaces hold the richest stories.

Okay so i been going here getting the regular ramen with the broth and all that, and its good lots of flavor and its made well, no complaints there. Then I found out about the dry ramen…..bruh…..probably the best thing ive eaten in 2025…little places like this that know how to cook good food gives me a bit of hope for humanity. Well done…. Staff friendly and down to earth, service was quick….i mean what else can i say besides go try the dry!! 5 Stars yall. No real talk i never had Asian food this good.

This was an exceptional experience! We came down to Dallas for the eclipse and my wife mentioned this Ramen place that she had visited. She said it was really good and we thought it would be a great experience for our grandson. The place is really eclectic. You stand at the bar and you have the opportunity to interact with the people that are cooking your food, which is really awesome. The food was amazing. Authentic Ramen and a great atmosphere, you can't beat it. This place is amazing. The staff was great. My grandson ordered a Ramen and asked for it to be spicy. Apparently it's not the chef's first rodeo because he gave him the heat on the side, which was the best move of the day. If you like Ramen and good conversation, this is the place for you.

Was told to check this spot out while I was in town and I'm always down for good ramen, and good ramen was had. I haven't tried brothless ramen many times before but I had the Spicy Maze-Men and I'm a fan now. The egg compensated for the lack of broth and the seasoning from the diced pork stuck to the noodles and made for a flavorful ramen experience. TEN/10 ramen. Also tried the Buffalo Yakitori, it was enjoyable but I didn't care too much about the buffalo part. No seating inside btw, but you can find a spot somewhere outside no problem.

This place okay, I heard great reviews had to try it, been going to different ramen places and this one was one of the ones that was on the list. It's in front of the market place. Let me tell you it took us 10min to find it. It's literally in front of the market sign. Next to a juice store I think. It's really small inside, first come first serve to get a space to set your plates on the board. It is pretty expensive, you have to order on a tablet or your phone. I recommend the lobster ramen, don't know if it did have lobster or it was shrimp but it was a little piece. I recommend you try it it's okay worth it just to try it. Feels like you are in Japan because of the space and the kitchen you can see them fix up your plates.

The food was delicious freshly made right in front of you by the cooks. We had the spicy Maze-men, Vegetarian ramen and Edemame. The vegetarian ramen was nice & hot & well season for my taste. My daughter had the Spicy Maze-men it's a bit too spicy for her she said the meat had a good taste and it was not hard (she just lost 2 teeth, 2 days ago that had her consern of eating meat). The unique experience of eating standing can be surpassed as the food was good and I shared the meals with he daughters. The atmosphere is cozy.
